Hot Stuff! Ghost Pepper Sauce
We've talked about hot sauces here. Lots of you like Frank's, or Tabasco, or that funky Mexican sauce that is in shortage right now... the Rooster sauce?

Anyway, my good pal Mr. Doggity makes a Jamaican style hot sauce with ghost peppers once a year, usually right before Christmas. It's for sale if you want to check it out. Hot hot hot!

Well, it's hopefully very tasty and not just hot. His regular Bajan sauce is very good too.

I'm sure it will be both. Every year I have a few people over that come home for Christmas from out of state, I make chili and we sit around and eat that and kill some beers. One guy is always bitching because it's not hot enough. Boy do I have something special to mix in his bowl this year! I bet that's the last time he will run his mouth about "not being hot enough."
