As for hot chicks, there were tons of them out today. I'm surprised I didn't crash the bike. That trail is a wonderful source of ogling.

There were also some young women in short catholic skirts at Winstead's but I'm not into that at all. Very unattractive.

I've never had an issue with anything up to 35 miles. I usually average between 100 to 150 miles a week between June and October (April and May are my get back up to speed months...), generally about 2 hours per ride 4-5 days a week with no breaks unless the temps at the time are in the 90s or above.
