He would just serve his suspension and be picked up by another team. People that believed Hunt would never play again look like idiots now. Clark got bent over and ****ed hard so maybe he learned his lesson. If Goodell and his ring of assholes can’t guarantee Hill will never play again than why should he be cut?

Moral high ground blah blah blah blah

Wrong imaginative narrative.

Imagine that all you have ever said about Tyreek Hill is negative. Wait, you dont have to imagine it because that's all you have ever done.

Then imagine waiting for all the facts to come out before passing judgement, and Hill not being guilty of a crime in this instance, and the outcome not possibly believed by one Duncan Idaho and others who think like you. Again, we wont have to imagine it if it happens, because you wont believe it and neither will they.

So we wait and see if Adrain Peterson or Duncan Idaho believes in the outcome...

I’m consistent if nothing else.

I’m also basing what I’m saying on things I’ve been told by people I trust, details beyond what is currently released to the public.

The ****?!?!

What's amoral about hoping that Tyreek is eventually established to be at worst inattentive, and if possible free from blame in this?

We don't know what has happened yet. It would be different if we did and hoped he got away with wrongdoing. But there's nothing amoral about hoping that he didn't do wrong, or did the least wrong that could have resulted in this situation.

You bring up if he played for a rival team. In a fit of snark, I'd probably sling some shit, but down to brass tacks, I wouldn't wish even my worst enemy to be culpable of the worst scenario, just because circumstances suggest.

There is abundant morality in holding hope for the most innocent, least traumatizing, explanation for any adverse situation.

If I see a vehicle collision out on the roads, I don't try to load up on the culpability in my mind without adequate information. My mind doesn't immediately leap to hoping someone was intoxicated and hoping they lose everything and go to jail. I tend to the more optimistic when my information is limited. Hoping that no one is seriously hurt, and hoping no one made an egregious error that they will have to live with for the rest of their life.

What amoral in that perspective?

I have a theory Hill's Dad broke the kid's arm. It would explain why her family freaked out when they found out the Hills were baby-sitting. Also domestic abusers (which Hill was at least once) very often grew up with violence in the home.

It's also the only theory that keeps Hill out of trouble. Since custody has been removed it's almost certain someone did it, and if Crystal did it that would blow my mind.

This is football not ballerina dancing. A lot of these guys come from tough neighborhoods and they play a rough sport. I'm not going to get too upset if they aren't angels off the field unless what they do is really egregious.

Tyreek obviously has some issues. Hopefully with counseling he will be okay. That's all I have to say about it. Just hoping for the best so he can get out there and help Chiefs win. Not a fan of the guy I'm a fan of the Chiefs.

Given his scrawny stature, I don't think he'd be anything more than a kicker. But let's say he's really really good. Like, he's strung together multiple perfect seasons in a row. No missed XPs or FGs. And he's booted through one or two 60-yarders in that time as well.

Being amoral is giving someone a benefit of the doubt you wouldn't extend to someone else based upon the laundry on their back on Sundays. That's all this is.

If Pooka Williams beats the shit out of a girl, you shouldn't be looking for every rationalization possible for him to keep playing for KU, just like MU fans shouldn't be looking for rationalizations to exonerate Tre Williams.

This entire website calls Roethlisberger a rapist, but they'll continually bury their heads in the sand and victim blame to paint Hill in a positive light. It's ****ing bullshit. Full stop.

I'm certainly not alone, but a lot of people have been fastidious in their research when Tyreek was drafted and extremely attentive to his behavior (both on and off the field) throughout his career with the Chiefs.

Frankly, that's why I don't pay a lot of attention to opposing fans' opinions about him. All they know (for the most part) is what they read on social media. And most of that material is critical if not entirely hate-centric ... as we are all well aware.

On the other hand, people who take the deep dive into Chiefs fandom have a right to believe they possess a better sense of who their players are as persons compared to some random Giants fan's opinion. We track their behavior and personalities ... they don't. That's true for all fans, all players, and all teams, of course.

So the short answer is, I don't actually know. To be fair, I probably wouldn't ... although I personally rarely drag people unless there's humor to be found in the attempt.

But I'd add this caveat; how is that relevant? I know more about some people than others. None of us knows everybody. Crucially, that's why "benefit of the doubt" and "presumption of innocence" is so important in life.

FAX
Thinking you know more about Hill because you root for the Chiefs is absolutely asinine.

Hamas do you cut him knowing another team will just scoop him up after a suspension? Let’s be honest, this guy is to talented to not ever play again.

Rice was a washed up pos is why he never played again.
