Personally From a pure football stand point I hope they just sit on Hill and let the NFL make their decision and let it ride. Serve his supension and move on. I've lost alot of respect for Hill,and she was clearly baiting him in the conversation. We lost our ass on the KHunt situation.. only for another team to swoop in and take advantage. That's BS. I hope they don't make the same mistake twice. They both need help and hopefully through the suspensions they will have plenty of time to get it.

It's pretty apparent she was trying to set him up for blackmail or whatever, but what he said was pretty disgusting.

I don't care if a parent spanks their kids. I do when it's appropriate. Sometimes kids throwing tantrums hurt themselves....I think they call it nurse maid elbow that happens when kids drop and flail when you're hanging onto their arm. Shit happens sometimes....I'm not saying he did or didn't do something.

Given his background, the most disturbing part was telling her she should be terrified of him. Can't defend that.

Finally listened to the audio.

Here some of my takes:

*I think Reek is immature as a parent, and has a toxic relationship with his girl. I'd say they need to give up on that immediately. It's to the point of no return.

*I think that the breaking of the arm was an accident. I honestly don't think Tyreek meant to break an arm, and I think he didn't think about how fragile a 3 year old's arm bone is.

*Tyreek obviously is not PUNCHING the kid in the chest with any harmful force. I think this line was taken way out of context. What we imagine when we listen to that line, and the forced used in say a real life video would probably put that more into perspective of NOT abusive, just immature and something counseling or parenting guidance could fix.

*Personally, I would never use a belt on my kids to establish punishment, but I understand why someone WOULD considering this seems a standard normal practice in households from the generations before. I got the belt a few times, and NEVER thought to run and tattle claiming "abuse". I chalked it up to being a little shithead and learning my lesson.


*I don't see Tyreek as this ****ing horrible person that needs crucified. If this is the case, then MANY planeteers parents should have lost their jobs, and been publicly shamed any time they implemented a belt for your punishment.


He needs suspended, and put in parenting/counseling help ASAP.
Let him come back to Football next season, but This is all fixable.
If the Chiefs don't do it, some other team is going to do it and it's going to come back to bite the football team.

My kids have done this a few times.
I see this same shit from randoms in public going to Target or Walmart, etc.

Little kids throw fits and have little regard for bodily consequences. They are fragile.

Just an interesting observation I made last night. I read somewhere in the last couple of days that a couple of months before the incident at OSU that Tyreek had called the cops on Crystal. I was not able to find any references to this but did read a couple of reports from when they first went to court. It seems that when Tyreek went nuts and started hitting Crystal, etc it was a few days after a huge triumph for him and the team in beating Oklahoma partly due to a 92 yard kick return touchdown. Now, just when we are hearing that Tyreek is in negotiations for a big contract this all comes up.

My wonder has to be whether there is a part of Crystal (or even Tyreek) that leads to trying to sabotage him or something.

I know, way out on a limb but wanted to pass along what I thought was an interesting possible correlation between these two incidents and the timing for both.

Yes. But it was a setup. Funny thing is that if anything it paints her in a a bad light. I rode for you with the police seems to indicate that she lied to the police. That she believes the abuse and still lied to the police... Which he denied she did.

On the positive he denied breaking the child's arm. The belt or "hitting in stomach" thing is bad, but without seeing what if any marks are made on the child or how hard it is done...Seems like an AP situation and no one cares about AP any longer..

The she should be terrified is a problem but really she did not appear scared at all and wanted to get in his face and push his buttons. That does not seem conduct the league is going to go crazy on.

6 games suspension. Then he will be playing for us or someone else.
