He is a monster and will be an amazing pro. I wouldn't expect him to go in the 1st or 2nd, but who knows. He's a sophomore who declared today.

Polamalu was a safety at USC.

He was a ****ing beast.

He was originally a linebacker who converted to safety during his time at USC and that ended up being where he made his splash.

i don't want a stinking gator on the chiefs. hopefully the steelers choose to resign plaxico instead of kendrell bell and we pick him up. in a few years you will all bow down to ernie sims.

come on, the guy has a pet anaconda that he takes with him almost everywhere he goes! if we draft him he could nail plummer and as jake is lying there knocked out, ernie would go to the sideline, grab the bag with the snake and drape it around plummer's neck in a jake the snake remix.

I don't see anything wrong with taking a MLB in the first round if he is a player. The thing is would the Chiefs put him in the starting lineup and go with him or sit him on the bench and say he is not ready. The packers a couple of years ago drafted Nick Barnett and started him from day one and he is getting the job done. Seems like the Chiefs never want to play rookies for some strange reason. Look how long it took them to put Fujita in over Lew Bush.

I read a good article on Odell Thurman out of Georgia. Any of you SEC fan know anything about him?

In the bowl game he played very well - physical, right position, made some big plays. I've read, but haven't seen, that he is a bit inconsistent. I also don't think he has the ideal size or speed that the scouts look for. He'll probably go in the 2nd or 3rd round. Blue collar college linebackers generally slip in the draft and then teams grab them in the late 2nd/ early 3rd in a bunch.
