Why I hate the NFL draft.

It takes to damn long for teams and players to agree on a contract. They need to implement a rookie salary scale like the NBA. See link: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=2098980 (how long ago was the NBA draft) I think they need to get rid of these 40 and 50 million dollar contracts that put teams in salary cap hell for a bust.

Personally, I think the NFL Players get the worst of it of all sports when it come to contracts. They take a lot of punishment, but the 16 game season makes it difficult to generate the ticket sales that a Basketball and Baseball game can generate... And they play in the most popular sport in the Nation...
