I hope this means we can sign him to a reasonable longterm deal. Seeing as how he is only healthy about half of the time and all.

Derrick Gibson is also out for several weeks with a dislocated wrist. Both happened in the 1st quarter and we still held them to 210 total yards. Our CB's are now 3rd-year player Nnamdi Asomugha our two rookies Stanford routt and Fabian Washington. Plus some guy named Renaldo Hill and our kick returner Chris Carr. We're whittled down pretty slim unless the rookies step up bigtime...

From what I've heard Gibson is a subject of disdain among Raider fans anyway.
