I bet the Ravens fans are excited.....seriously. I am glad he's gone from here because this past season we were pathetic, but overall he did a decent job. There are worse coaches out there.....ie Mike Stock

Yeah, he was definitely a huge step up from Mike Stock, but we did seem to deteriorate in coverage ability over the last few years....

Anything after last season was a letdown.

Some of the radio personalities thought that this was a bad move.

He did a great job when the team focused on ST's talent but aparently in the last two years ST's gems took a back seat and we lost some of our best ST's talent.

I know that this last year sucked but it will suck again if it's not taken more seriously when we start making personel moves.

Mike Westhoff was the Jets special teams coach and also their assistant HC. Don Shula and Dan Marino were pushing for him to be the Jets new head coach, but I don't know if he'll even get an interview.

Even so, he's pretty respected around the league and the Jets new head coach would probably be nuts to let him go to KC.

It will be interesting to see how this affects Dante Hall, if at all?? Doesnt Ganz get at least partial credit for turning Hall into a superstar??

Yes but NJ will hire a new HC and some NJ coaches will loose their job and maybe Herm likes somebody.

Vermeil was a former ST coach, so he had a lot to do with it, his commitment to defensive depth (and mediocrity), not to mention his undying loalty to the lil guy

I've always thought the KC kickoff coverage was absolutely horrible. Even when we got Tynes in to kick off, the opposing O still started at the 30/35 yard line almost everytime.

Without Dante Hall, Gantz Jr would have been fired years ago.

Dude you hate Favre? He plays with more heart than anyone on our whole team. That avatar is a disgrace. If he was a Chief, you wouldn't be posting such stupid shit.

Yes I am glad Gansz is gone!!!
