Fireworks Display

There is a free fireworks show in KC on June 30th that will feature free live music before the show, free snacks throughout the evening, free games and inflatable’s for the kids, free parking, and a 3,500 seat amphitheater that guarantees that you will have a good view of the professional fireworks show, (rated 3rd best fireworks show in KC last year). Last year there were over 5,000 people there to watch the 25 minute fireworks show choreographed to music, and we are expecting more this year.

While this is a church sponsored event, there will be NO preaching. Nobody will try to “save” you or tell you that you can’t watch the fireworks unless you accept Jesus into your heart. What started as a church picnic 6 years ago is now the best free family event in Kansas City. The church does a lot of community event such as serving as a monthly Harvesters’ drop off, sponsoring the local Hope House and several other local group charities, but this event is our churches way of giving something fun back to the community. If you are in town, I hope you can make it.

BTW, I heard that Vince McMahon will be there, dead or alive.
