Look at him... he just makes me sick. All smug and clapping away at first, but after a few seconds when he thinks no one is looking at him anymore, he just stops and holds his hands out to the side like an idiot.

Hopefully sooner rather than later. It bugs me as well. There are times where i'll open a thread and come back and read it in a few minutes and when I see that stupid applause smiley, He's just sitting there slacking and not taking his job seriously. To be the best you have to hire the best.
