First thing they would do is try to eliminate the fear of leaving the body and help me to understand what it is. Secondly if it was my kid I would educate them as much as I could about what can happen when you're out and how to control the experience.

There is also OBE's through dream control. If you can become lucid in your dream and then fly you are very close to getting out.

Everyone has had dreams that came true. Everyone at some point in their life has had a dream where the exact thing or something very close too came true. Does that mean we can tell the future? No, cause we don't know when we are actually dreaming or seeing the future. We don't know what to look for. But these dreams are not flukes either.

i had de javu from dreams since 93'.

Also I hear more and experience more myself where I dream about somthing that happens to me in the dream but in reality it happens to someone else that I know or is close to me.

And you will probably remain so after the fact but it still changes everything. It's still very liberating. I think it's more about understanding a little more about what you are.
