Can't be mad at Thiggy.....

Yes, he had a less than stellar game. But everything he did wrong is coachable and really, to be expected from the likes of Thiggy. He is making the right reads, he is just inconsistent with his footwork on his delivery. He throws off his back foot a lot, which is the sign that he doesn't think he has as much time as he has. With our line who can blame him? Also, the game is moving at the fastest he has ever seen it and he is taking it stride.

One of his picks was not his fault. It was actually a great pass, just a better defensive play. The other was again, the right read but the wrong type of pass. Again, coachable. All in all, I thought despite his two picks he played well enough to maybe win, had our defense showed up.

He continues to make multiple big plays every game to Bradley\Bowe\Gonzo. Our offense is moving and the running game was good today as well.

Thiggy played strong today. The kid could of folded at the end of the first half and he came out slinging and ready to play.

This is what developing a QB looks like. Everyone wanted us to develop a QB, well....now we are. And I like it!

People need to get behind Trent and support him. The guy can play.
FYP to reflect Trents first couple of years.... Amazing we still cant fix that defense, even with Gods gift to the Tampa Bay Bucs and Gun...

Game was out of reach at that point. No need to hurt a starter, might also as well see what Gray could do. At that point it doesn't hurt to send the backup in IMO, esp with the ???? we have at that position anyway.

Thiggy put up decent numbers despite having the second worst preformance this year. All part of developing a QB. I'm just curious to see as how he or the coaches react to this last game. If we come out too conservative in our gameplan, or Thiggy freezes than I'll be concerned. But if we come back out firing on all cylinders, than I'll still be pulling for the kid.

Thigpen's two interceptions were unfortunate.
He was trying to stick a couple balls in there when he maybe should've checked down or thrown the ball away. No reason to go apeshit over that. Young QB's are going to make those kinds of mistakes.

I'm impressed that he didn't let it get the best of him.

He gonna make mistakes when he has to score a TD on every possession because of our swiss cheese defense

I'm fine with this team drafting a QB.
I just think if he can continue to play well over the last 5 games of the season we don't have to go there with our #1.

QFT!! Let's wait to evaluate him at the END of the season. I think that if he keeps putting up two or three TD's a game, and is able to keep his TD/Int ratio in check we may have stumbled on to something special.

Then we can use our top 5 pick in April to get a good pass rusher so we can actually get some help for our D-line, and DB's.

I really hate to keep entrusting high draft picks to this staff, but hopefully they will be relieved of their duties come January.

We played arena ball and got crushed by 23 points. The offense has been pulling it's weight the past 4 games, the defense has not.

They were more than unfortunate. They were two very crucial TO's that turned what was a close contest into a blowout. You have to hold him accountable for that. Those were bad throws.

And on the fumble he was not down. He went in head first and lost the ball against the ground. Yes, I realize he tripped. Sometimes weird bounces of the ball happen.

Again let me reiterate that I do not hold Thigpen responsible for the loss. He is what he is. A 7th round draft choice from Coastal Carolina.

But as for those two INT: They were the spark that led to the five alrm fire.
