It's a boy!
My wife and I just had a new baby boy. He was born late Thursday night(June 25th). He's 9 lbs 12 oz. and is 22 inches long. They are a little worried about a possible infection because of a test that came back so he'll have to stay in until at least Monday. He's a pretty strong little guy so I don't expect any trouble with it, just a precautionary thing. I have 2 girls so I'm pretty happy to finally have my boy.

Thank you all for the well-wishes. We are just hoping to be able to bring him home tomorrow. Things still look promising but we'll see what they say tomorrow.

Hmmm. I just looked this up and the average baby size is 7.5 pounds and between 19 and 21 inches long. It looks like you might well have a good-sized dude on your hands in about 17 years, Mr. Shaid. You may want to start working out now.
