Concert/Music DVD's your recommendations

I thought we had a thread like this sometime ago but I'm having no luck finding it.

Anyhow, within the last year I've really gotten into music/concert dvd's and am always looking to add more to the collection.Would like to know what you have seen or own that you would recommend.

TIA

As mentioned earlier, Stop Making Sense is fantastic.

Also, it's more of a documentary, but I really like "The Fearless Freaks," about The Flaming Lips.

I have about 75 concert dvd's and this is my favorite.I've had numerous people who've watched it here with me and all, like me,agree, that the sound is phenomenal. You can literally close your eyes and feel like your listening to an ELO cd instead of watching a live concert.

I also like the band all being in the same color clothes,it gives an additional nice touch to the show and those women that Jeff chose for the band, wow, very easy on the eyes.

I heard somewhere that the girl to the right of Jeff singing backup was his girlfriend at the time.

Can't go wrong with this one.. (Steely Dan)
I was on You Tube not long ago and found a really nice selection of concert cuts of SD from a 2006 show in Charlotte, NC. When I did a search I found this website, Stellar Productions in Nashville, link below;

http://www.stellarproducts.biz/stdanliinchn.html

They are selling a professionally made DVD copy of Steely Dan Live in Charlotte for $12. In fact I then spent a couple of hours checking out the website and it appears they have hundreds of bootleg live DVD's for sale, I don't know how they are getting away with it. Some of them you can go back to You Tube and check out the quality, but so far I haven't made any purchases. Many are audience produced shows, some are from Japanese laser, I know the Grand Funk Live 1974 is one those, and some are professional shows from TV around the world.

And now for 4 great music DVDs that no one but me will buy:

Amon Amarth - "Wrath of the Norsemen" -- 3 discs, one huge feature concert and 4 other concerts, too (!) plus special features like a making of docu about the feature concert. The best value in music DVDdom.

Blind Guardian - "Imaginations through the Looking Glass." A stellar performance by the best band in power metal. They even play the 14 minute long epic "And Then There Was Silence." Do you like guitar riffs and guitar solos? Sweet choruses? Then check this DVD out.

Kamelot - "One Cold Winter's Night." Its Kamelot, 'nuff said. This is the band with Roy Khan -- my favorite singer in the whole world -- on the mic.

Opeth - "The Roundhouse Tapes" -- killer setlist spanning the whole career of the best band in the world. Great sound quality, too.

Have you heard of the Italian band Lacuna Coil? They are similar to Evanescence. I was in Best Buy recently and saw they have a DVD, it's called "Visual Karma". Unless you don't like female singers it might be something you would like. I haven't bought it yet, but according to Amazon it contains two concerts, one of which is Wacken Fest.

Here's a cut from Wacken where they cover Depeche Mode.

I dig Lacuna Coil's early stuff. Its enjoyable stuff in the goth/rock mold. And I always like female singers.

Not sure if it's your thing, but NIN makes some really badass concert DVDs. I have 3 of them and they are all just incredible. Sound quality is amazing. If I want to show off my system, those are great DVDs to use. Visuals are great too.

If you like Nails at all, you should check one out.
