Pioli and Haley thought this team would be competitive. They thought we had a shot at winning eight games.

Everyone wants to talk about how bad the roster is and how we have to cut them slack because they're digging out from Peterson and Herm's mess. This is no different from the last Chiefs team. Peterson and Herm thought that roster was capable of being competitive. They thought we could win six or seven with last year's roster.

Pioli and Haley thought we could win eight or more with what they've put out there.

Do they know what it takes to win football games? It takes players. Not signs or media policies or Pentagon-like security or secrets or cursing at the players. Players win football games.

22 guys off the street could win two games. We're halfway home and the Chiefs have one victory.

Outside of Indy, all those defenses are either below league average (Arizona) or are ****ing horrible (Tennessee, St. Louis, Houston, Seattle, KC)

you play who is on your schedule and they moved the ball on all of those teams so keep making excuses but that is a top 15 offense.... so it's not like we were playing the raiders out there

24 points is hardly eviscerated.... Sims Walker and Jones Drew are good offensive players.... Garrard isn't a bad QB.... I wouldn't be surprised if they finished in the upper half of the NFL with the way they can run the ball

I understand our offense didn't help them out much, but they have to do better.

If this is a good defensive day, I would hate to see the bad games.

Anyone who thinks they played well today...430 a game would put you last in the league and I think would set a record for yardage given up on a season.

I honestly dont give a shit about yards..... if you hold a team to 24 points thats not good... but thats hardly being eviscerated especially when you are on the field the whole ****ing game

You should care about yards because it means you're getting you're ass beat and aren't getting off the field....

The Ravens put up 500 and people tried to act like that was a good performance it was sad.
