Willie Parker on the Chiefs radar?

http://www.usatoday.com/sports/footb...-signing_N.htm

Chiefs coach Todd Haley 'excited' by signing of RB Thomas Jones

By Jim Corbett, USA TODAY
Kansas City Chiefs general manager Scott Pioli and head coach Todd Haley landed a desired complement for quarterback Matt Cassel and third-year running back Jamaal Charles with Tuesday's acquisition of former New York Jets power back and respected locker-room leader Thomas Jones.
The 31-year-old Jones rushed for 1,402 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2009 and adds firepower to 4-12 team that averaged just 18.1 points per game. Jones scored 27 touchdowns the past two seasons and is a between-the-tackles jack hammer who will move the chains and help keep Charles and the Chiefs defense fresh.

The Jets saved $5.8 million by paring Jones from their roster last week. ESPN reported the deal with the Chiefs is for two years and in the $5 million range.

THE HUDDLE: Catch up on all the NFL player movement

Haley made it known at the NFL scouting combine two weeks ago that he sought a complement for the 5-11, 199-pound Charles, who rushed for 1,120 yards and seven touchdowns and caught 40 passes for 297 additional yards with another touchdown.

"He's an impressive guy. We can't have enough guys like Thomas," Haley said. "It's one thing to be a leader and another to have the ability to back it up. Thomas does that and is excited to continue to show that.

"He had his best year last year. And I'm excited he wants to be here.

The older brother of Seattle Seahawks running back Julius Jones rushed for a career-high last season after producing 1,119 yards or better each of the past five seasons.

"He fits what we're looking for," Haley said. "He's a good player, loves the game and is an excellent preparation guy and a good teammate.

"He's been a part of other teams turning it in the right direction and he's excited to be a part of this."

The Chiefs may not be done adding to their backfield. They have a Thursday visit scheduled with Pittsburgh Steelers free-agent back Willie Parker.

"If we have a chance to add good football players, we're going to do it," Haley said. "This was a great example of a good fit, no different than what we've been able to do coaching staff wise. We need to because we only won four games last year and we've got to be better this year."

R...., thanks for the rep. But I'd rather take away a fool's matches than be worried about "adding fuel to his fire." I see there are a lot of shared, albeit quiet, sentiment on this bb about it. I wish they would also step forward to help clean out Dodge from these losers. They represent the vulgar but loud minority who have taken over the bb with their bully posts and personal attacks. This is certainly not fun for a lot of respectable posters whose participation has unfortunately declined thanks to these clowns.

No doubt.

How more people can't see that Bulaga is the man is beyond me.

Once again, all I'm doing is pointing out the truth of your existence on this board.

If you were half as intelligent as you claim to be, then each and every one of your threads would not be a repost, because you would have had the brains to look around and find the information that you are starting new threads on.

Each and every one of the new threads you start is a repost.

Not just some.
Not just the majority.

But each and every one.

And you are delusional if you think that I can't stand up to you.

That "drug ravaged brain" insult is just a sample of the wit he brings to the table.

He doesn't have any idea who you are, or what you have done in your lifr and he pulls this kind of shit out of his ass.

He bitches that we are arrogant bullies, when in fact the shit we are sending his way are based in truth, while he just makes shit up.

I have no idea what it tells you but what it tells me is that Frankie is an attention whore.

Furthermore, it's hilarious to see him take the time to "insult" Milkman and me, yet he claims repeatedly to "have a life".

That's some life.

You are not even smart enough to realize there are proofs on the internet. I have said this before and I'm saying it again. You are a pathological liar who have no foot to stand on in an argument with a person of average intelligence. You have before and here you've done it again. You make outrageous dishonest claims about your opponent without having the balls to back them up. I have outed you on this several times and the coward that you are have played possum every time. I am still waiting for your posting of all of the neg-reps you cried like a 50 cent whore about that I have supposedly given you. Here I will make it easier on your lying ass. Below are the first page of my threads as of tonight. Tell me if "EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM ARE REPOSTS" as you claim and as if it's life and death for you loser:
