Turners experience while serving as the OC of the SB Cowboys teams IMO would be invaluable to possibly giving Charles a full time FB and enhancing his running lanes even more. Call me an optimist but I can see past his deficiencies as a HC and appreciate his value as an OC.

Well despite the few lackluster seasons, his exit is leaving the organization completely in shambles. No starting Quarterback, they just fired the Defensive Coordinator, the Offensive Co, has cancer who knows if he returns. And with the cast of characters they have had in the past (Pardee/ Bum Phillips/Gilman/Biles/Glanville) they have their work cut out for them. Bud Adams is really reaching Al Davis proportions in mismanagement of an organization. IMO
