It's all personal taste, but I'd put Page and Beck interchangeably as 2 and 3. For me, Clapton could be somewhere in the double digits of this list.

When I was teaching guitar in the mid 90's I had a couple of 10 year old students who could easily smoke Kurt Cobain. Why aren't they on this list.
