Palko told he is starting in Chicago.

Todd Haley = massive buffoon.

I hope we can all move on from supporting this clown now.

By all means let's play Orton. When Orton comes in...don't worry....we'll somehow find a way to win tomorrow, stump the Jets on the road next week, shock the ****ing world by beating the SuperBowl Champ Packers. This will excite the entire planet thinking we are playoff bound bullshitting about how we can beat Cincy at home. Dicks hard mouths open.

We will then proceed to get killed by the Raiders and Tebows to end the season and people will once again start the Fire Haley, File Pioli gangsta threads while still missing the point.

I will NEVER root for the Chiefs to lose, its against my blood, but with Orton or Palko it doesn't matter, only a real QB will make a difference. Haley knows that, and I for one, hope he is here to groom our young QBOTF in the seasons to come.

I think if Orton is 'starting' by then, we will be competitive against them. Their o-line is horseshit, and if we get to Rodgers at all, we could keep it interesting. However, their WRs are good and after Carr, Flowers and Arenas, our DBs are week. The Packers come out 5 wide on like 3rd and inches. That's where they will win the game. (and by the end of the game, a good amount)

I really think the development of Justin Houston has been huge the last few games, and the more he plays the better a defense we will be, and if we had ANY type of mediocre QB could win tomorrow, and @NYJ. This defense is pretty good IMO, and once we get Berry back could be better.

The packers will have to totally phone the game in to lose.

I'd love to homer it up, but we all know what we're dealing with at this point.

I want this team to win the Super Bowl. It's not going to do that with Orton, Cassel, Palko, or Stanzi.

This team needs to lose, and it needs to lose in a fashion that points to the fact that we simply can't ignore the QB situation.

Agreed 100%.

In the AFCW, if we draft a QBOTF, get a RT that can block anybody, we should be ready to go back to the playoffs next year. Start the QB, let him learn on the job and win the AFCW next year. Once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen with a good Defense (which i think we have) and a good QB. We have the playmakers to make that happen.

I'm convinced that we have to hope that Stanzi or some future late round QB turn into the next late round gem/Tom Brady, cause we aren't drafting a QB first round, no matter how much we, as fans, bitch about this team's love of mediocrity.

What makes you believe this FO will not take a shot at a 1st round QB?

Maybe. But, this may be the first legitimate time Pioli has ever had to draft a QB early. Bledsoe was starting when they hit with Brady. Since he's been in KC there's only been 3 QB's taken in the first after the Chiefs pick... Sanchez, Freeman, and Tebow.

Sanchez in on the verge of being run out of town.

Freeman had 1 really good year and has completely fallen off the map.

Tebow... nothing more needs to be said.

I'm kinda thinking this way jd.

Since he has been here there hasn't been a legit qb that we were in a place to take save for last year when Dalton way sitting there.

However after the year Cassel just had we all knew there woudln't be a qb selected.

I like the talent we have. I hope all the injuries come back healthy.

It's time to select a qb to lead all this young talent down the road.

I'm not convinced that anyone in the Chiefs organization recognize that Cassel is the problem.
