I honestly thought the Chiefs were finally as emotionally dead to me as the Cubs. Now I have the slightest bit of hope that this team will actually be fun to follow again.

Dick Vermeil ****ed this defense because he was loyal to Greg Robinson. And he and Peterson were in cahoots on a grand scheme to jam a bunch of old expensive cap heavy players even though we knew it would **** over the team after Vermeil left.

He didn't make a mockery of the team. But that many years and only one playoff berth... that's adding to the mockery that this team still couldn't win the big games.

Still didnt win only 2 ****ing games. Ya they made some dumb decisions but alteast we werent embarrassing. Carl shouldve drafted better defensive players. I dont care. They put all their chips in and went for it. It didnt work. It was a 5 year plan. Most teams have to rebuild

Late era Peterson and Pioli were both shitty. It's not an either/or. Yeah, Pioli was worse, but that doesn't change that Peterson was really bad.
