I survived several days in Rio just fine. I stayed in Copacabana and nobody tried to rob me*, and the beach was nice. The bikinis on the beach were underwhelming, but the world is facing an obesity crisis.
I saw a really cool library. Check out some images of the Portuguese Reading Room. That was well worth the Uber ride. * In Santiago, they tried to rob me. But they didn't realize that I have a unique set of skills, mostly backing away and running.
