My simple question is,

Would you rather be on a SEAL team on a deadly mission, similar to Lone Suvivor/capturing Osama Bin Laden where you have at most, a 10%-20% survival rate


or

Be a head surgeon in charge of operating on your best friend's child who has a 10-20% survival rate during the surgery.
