They were here once, and they are coming back home. Just like the Mountain Lion sightings. I am suspicious MDC reintroduced them under the cover of darkness for population control of Deer in the city limits. They would never get this passed through a vote. Cattle ranchers would be in force. They reintroduced in southern Mo, knowing full well they follow rivers, and now they are back.
