You are only dreaming because you are a Donkey, the Chiefs have a plan and a program. They have leadership, something the Jackasses don't even understand! You are obviously an educated Donkey so you know this is true. The reason that you hang with the Chiefs is that you know the Donkeys are totally without direction.
