I smoke and quit for two years at at time usually.
The last two times I started back was in KC. I visit family, drink and go to the dang casinos every time.  I quit smoking for more than 2 years both times. My relatives smoke and I drink when in KC. (Imagine that) The last two visits have been after more than 2 years off being a non smoker. I am lucky though because I do not have withdrawals when I quit, more of a habit while working from home. I usually go back to working out when I quit so I do not have the usual weight gain-The beer takes care of that.......... |
