Since that time (37 season), 27 of those seasons (including 2009, because it will happen) - the Steelers have had 9 or more wins. Think about it, 9+ wins in 27 of the last 37 seasons - that's great! There was a span of years in the late 80s when the Steelers were inconsistent, but that immediately changed in 1992 when Cowher took over. Cowher only had 3 losing seasons during his 15 year tenure, but he had 9 double digit win seasons with a SB Title. Nolan, Cowher and Tomlin all have SB rings. They have a philosophy and they stick with it... they have a true identity. Every team has their off years and they haven't been immune to that either, but they do not get stuck in the mud for long.

Yep, very easy to be jealous of that franchise. Without a doubt.
