I think it will be rough is that the new coach will come in, and probably implement his own offensive/defensive scheme and the players having to re-learn the differnet termonology and such.

I just hope the new coach keeps the same or similar style offense. KU's personnel is built around that and I would hate to see a Herm Edwards Chiefs style regression. That's why Houston's coach would be a good hire, IMO. Not sure what Gill runs at Buffalo.

In any case, I'm with Braincase. I just want the best coach (duh).
