His only job is to motivate and be a figurehead. With all the recent character issues in Pittsburgh and with the way they looked unmotivated when they lost Polamalu, you have to question if he's even doing that well. He's a good coach. But I really question if he could turn a team like the Rams or Chiefs into winners. |
