I think most people know that just taking any QB in the draft could put us in 4 yrs of hell with a QB. That being said, at some point you gotta atleast take a shot. How many years of retread QB fails are we gonna have before we try another route. We took a chance on Cassel instead of moving around in the draft and it cost us 4 years. Drafting a QB isn't the only way to get stuck with an average, never going to go anywhere, QB.
