If we're lucky, we might be able to salvage this team the way Jim Harbaugh basically salvaged Mike Singletary's shitty 49er teams.
If we're not lucky, we'll have to bring in a new GM and a new coach who will start over and build the team they envision. Either route is fine. As long as the shit mess at the top of the organization is gone.
