Step 1 has to be to fire Pioli. Step 2 has to be to cut Cassel. Step 3 has to be to fire Romeo. Step 4 has to be to draft a first round QB and make him the starter from day 1.
Can you imagine Geno Smith under center for the home opener? That place would go from a graveyard to mid 90s Arrowhead immediately.
