Wow...that's insane.
I like the ADD/ADHD comments. Parents are lazy and don't want to take care of their children, it's not a brain dysfunction, it's a parental dysfunction. Working in the car business, there were several car sales people that took Adderall, due to it being like taking crack. It is still legal to spank on the butt in Kansas, better believe if time out doesn't work, a good spanking does.
