As expected. "@nyjets: Jets announce 4 veterans have been released--LB Calvin Pace, S Eric Smith, T Jason Smith--TE Josh Baker waived." Mike Garafolo @MikeGarafolo Jets saved about $24m with today's cuts. (Figures I tweeted earlier were the scheduled cap numbers. There's dead money in Pace's deal.) Pro Football Weekly @ProFootballWkly Per @RavensInsider, the #Jets have also decided to cut ILB Bart Scott, no meeting at the Combine with his agent.
