Could anyone suggest a lawyer for me
I need a good personal injury attorney. My job where I got injured is being very evasive about wanting to give me workman's comp. My injury will require therapy and possibly surgery so I need that covered I also could sue the homeowner where this happened. I'd appreciate any help from you guys.

BTW folks, your liability as a homeowner says you must treat your sidewalks, driveways, porches, etc. regardless. If a Mormom delivering pamphlets slips on your sidewalk, your homeowner's insurance will be paying out if they file a claim.

Someone who comes onto your property without your knowledge, let's say you are at work and it ices up while at work, and somebody delivering unwanted items to your doorstep without your knowledge slips, you are responsible for that? Dang...

Another reason not to own a home in America right now.

Probably not. Unless you knew about the dangerous condition and didn't do anything. The injured person still has a responsibility to view the conditions and act reasonably.

It can and does happen.

I remember an older Mailman breaking his ankle on a brick (no mortar, just brick and dirt) sidewalk in the neighborhood I grew up in and he retired on it...
