Could anyone suggest a lawyer for me

I need a good personal injury attorney. My job where I got injured is being very evasive about wanting to give me workman's comp. My injury will require therapy and possibly surgery so I need that covered I also could sue the homeowner where this happened. I'd appreciate any help from you guys.

Just to prep you on what's probably gonna happen...

Your job won't pay a dime claiming the WC won't accept the liability and that everything goes through the homeowners plan. After all, why would they, it was negligence on the homeowners that caused the injury.

The bad part about that is you won't get a dime until you sign their release and you may not even know the full extent of your injuries.

I'm dealing with a similar problem where I was bit by a pit bull on my dominant hand a couple months ago in a home I was doing a service call on. WC doesn't pay anything in my case, everything goes to the HO policy.

I missed a little over a week of work and have to wait for all the doctor bills to finish up before they will offer me a settlement for discomfort, missed time, bills and anything else.

If you haven't contacted the homeowners policy, you are already behind the 8ball.

You sound like a worthless piece of shit.

Homeowners fault for not salting the sidewalk !!!

Maybe you need to sue the goddamn city too for not having a street light , Right !

Maybe you could sue one of your parents for not delivering all the required chromozones.

Guess I'm not getting the hate on Mecca for this. WTF?

The redneck dipshits that called in the pizza couldn't bother to get off their fat asses and clear the driveway and walk?

If he's going to be out of work due to injury and can't get workmans comp, I'd don't see the problem with lawerying up at all if that is a last resort to getting medical bills paid and compensation to live on while rehabbing due to missed work.
