This is the "long story" part. I carry this phone as a "text request" line for the radio stations i operate... so the number is on the air 25-30 times a day. Once he figured out she was with me, he just uses that number. He does not have my PERSONAL cell #.

And spending time coming up with something "creative" is only wasting time. You aren't stopping what he's doing. You're putting up with it....which I'm sure is fueling him to keep going. You haven't given him a reason to stop.
