Okay this is 38D ("wife" of Bob (actually GF)). 1st of all thank you all for your support good and bad. There have been very good points made as well as some misunderstandings of the situation. We have discussed what to do with the recent influx of texting. Going to the authorities was not objected to as mentioned throughout thread.
