IIRC he was still getting hit and letting inherited runners score. Not saying that's terrible, but he wasn't really good either.

This has been such a great year for me as a baseball/Royals fan. Working a day job has really gotten me more into baseball than ever. MLB.TV has literally taken over my life. I'm crushing my fantasy leagues...the Royals, to me, look like the best team in the AL right now...life is good. And my golf game is good, too.

What I'd do to go back to being 20 years old and doing things differently...you know...like taking school seriously as opposed to only caring about where the next party was and who the next slut was going to be.

I wish I would've listed to Dane and Hamas years back when they kept telling me how big of a ****ing dipshit I was.

I have always been a pretty serious student but I always allowed myself to have fun on the weekends through school. I miss those days hanging with my buddies and just taking stretches of days easy and relaxed. Going to some house party where you have no idea who's house it is.

Now graduate school was a different story. I was drinking to forget my stress then. LOL.

I was a terrible student. Never took anything seriously. Just did the minimum to get by. Always had a good work ethic when I was getting paid, but never treated school the same way. Always looked for excuses to not go / half ass everything and fell into the bartender trap where I was making too much money for my age and didn't give a shit about anything but the present.

I don't know why but I am not really worried about the Angles. Shit, I feel we can play with anyone right now. The O's kind of scare me the most as offensively they hit the long ball well.

Barring a major collapse, the A's and Angels are most likely will go into the playoffs, since whoever wins the AL west, the 1st WC, either the A's or Angels has a 6 game lead on the 1st WC, if I am not mistaken.
