How San Diego TOTALLY ****ed us.

I have a theory, actually a hypothesis since I can't test it. I think the San Diego game was the worst loss in recent team history. Not because we lost mind you, but because we barely lost with our backups. Its the only thing that explains Dorsey's complete lack of off season moves and then sudden burst of FA crap fest this week.

Dorsey must have convinced himself that we were deep and ready to win with the next man. How he didn't see the trend of 2-6 would be surprising. But then, maybe he's just not very good at what he's doing.

we weren't though.

We were underachieving because of HC/QB.

We added those and got better. Maybe not playoff better but we were playing closer to our talent level. Then Dorsey came and decided that he didn't need anyone. That he could draft better player or something.

We let 5/6 out of 22 starters walk. Asamoah and Schwartz started at the same position. That's a huge amount of turnover. Even worse considering we just decided to promote the backups to replace them.

You understand that we've gotten worse under Dorsey?

THAT'S more the point then not winning a title, smartass.

72 months? Looking impossible? You got a real crystal ball there big guy.

I believe in the words of Dick Vermeil when he said the roster will get worse before it gets better and he would know after turning around two franchises. I am no fan of every Dorsey move but the man has not been here nearly long enough to say he should go.

They overestimated their own ability to coach up these depth scrubs. That and injuries will likely cost the 2014 season... it sucks. This team can still turn this around for 2015... well, maybe. No one really thought KC would win more than 9 games this season. They can probably go from 11-5.. to 7-9.. to 10-6.

Sure beats going 2-14, just so they can draft the Eric Fishers of the draft world.

We went from 2-14 and the number 1 pick to 11-5 and a playoff appearance. Then lose the first game if the next season and we're getting worse under Doraey? Do you really think about what your typing before you hit Submit Reply?

Didn't say he should go this soon but it sure isn't looking good.

He has burn up his good will in a remarkably short time span given how much some people hated Pioli and that they actually made the playoffs. Mind boggling really. He should have had years of good grace. He blew that wad quickly with the shit ass offseason we just had.

I didn't realize that going from 2-14 to 11-6 was considered a regression . . .

If you really need to be hit by a Semi before you believe that it's not going to sprout wings and fly over you. Then my all means, go out and play in traffic.

Ok Ricky Bobby, if you ain't first yer last.... You're killing me! So 2-14 to 11-6 is a step back. Please do show your math on this problem because I'm excited to see it! Gotta be some ground breaking shit!!......
contrary to CP belief we were NEVER building to contend this year. We over performed last year. Were a team in transition from one regime to another. Everyone thinks there's a quick fix. There's not a quick fix for years of poor drafting and oversized contracts.
