Traded their 2014 1st that ended up 26th overall. I guess he had hoped Richardson was just shit in Cleveland, because the guy looked like the next great thing at 'Bama. Problem was, he was just shit. Bad, deal, but I understand it. It was a during the season move to try and boost the Colts bad running game and it backfired badly. Probably his worst move as a GM. I don't love Grigson, don't get me wrong. I just think there is more bad with the coaching than the GM. He'll find work again in a scouting department soon.
