Doesn't look too bad. I'd probably rather grab the guard in FA like Norwell and draft defense high, but that wouldn't be terrible either.
Need to add a OLB somewhere. That's probably where I'd use one of those 2nd round picks. |

We need to address our pass rush first and foremost IMO. I wanna see how the line performs with Mahomes before using any high picks on that position.

I can really say the same for the FA class. Unless some guys hit the market that shouldn't, it's really shit too. I kind of like Attaochu. I kind of like Autry. I kind of like Alex Okafor. Other than that, the only other guy I kind of like is a RFA and that's Shaq Barrett. The two studs, Ansah and Lawrence, they aren't hitting the market. I went for Attaochu in FA and Lewis in the draft at the position. I honestly don't think this is the year to pin your hopes to fully injecting the pass rush with someone great. If you can get a couple guys that can together give you 12 sacks, you've got something. In a year the Chiefs need to retool on D, the draft is actually looking much stronger on offense. I do think there's some talent at DB and DT though. Wish the Chiefs could move up and take Vita Vea, I think he'd lock down that NT position and will be a force like Poe before his back issues. |
