My guess would be max-protect from the shotgun (or pistol) which give us the RPO as well, Mr. Simply Red. Here's my theory ...

Teams are employing much more Cover 3 against the Chiefs this year as opposed to the Cover 1 scheme we saw so much of last year. Cover 1 is down 19% and Cover 3 is up 11%. The concept there is that "mobile" QBs are, of course, more difficult to defend with man schemes. However, the difference between Mahomes and a lot of other "mobile" QBs is that he's running to throw (as opposed to running to run, a la Wishkins).

The Chiefs have run the shotgun/pistol on over 80% of our snaps so far this season. This is the tendency the bundle of stickss (sp?) will think is their secret sauce. It won't be. They'll run the Cover 3 most often, we'll show shotgun, motion to max-protect and Mahomes will tear them apart if they try to contain him in the pocket.

But if they do start getting pressure, it's the jet action and the RPO all day. Read the key DE or LB and make them drink the poison they concocted for themselves.
