Trade Deadline
With their now being that extra WC spot and everyone being bunched up, there's gonna be alot of executives deluding themselves into thinking they have a shot.

Even with that said, I've never understood why more teams don't sell. Take the Raiders for instance and Josh Jacobs. He's clearly going elsewhere this offseason, so they probably think they could get a 3rd round comp pick. If the Saints beat them this weekend, why wouldn't you try to move him?

The Saints should trade anything that's not bolted down at this point, but I digress.

I know teams don't like to shit on their fanbase and sell because of tickets and blah blah blah.

Why dont' more teams sell though?

That's EXACTLY what he offers them.

Like I said - come the post-season, teams will be doing this specifically to counter what we do/don't do well.

And Hines is expressly designed to do exactly that. If we have to follow him out of the backfield, we can't send pressure. And if/when we try it anyway, he's gonna be there waiting for that swing pass or that arrow route.

Spags had better be setting up moves on moves right now because this is a move precisely to deal with the fact that we have to send extra guys to get after the quarterback.

He's got some speed. BUF doesn't need a bell cow RB, just one that does enough that Josh doesn't have to be a major part of their rushing attack when they're up by 7+ in the second half. Hines is like insurance against Josh taking a beating running the ball late in games down the stretch so he can be fresher in the playoffs.
