I've seen bad officiating, but this shit is another level.

Darrel Taylor of the Seahawks comes off the sideline to participate in blocking during an INT and no officials saw it or penalized them after the turnover was reviewed.

I just read about this. That's pretty amazing. There's some legendary story about a college team (Alabama?) 50+ years ago where a guy ran off the bench and tackled an opponent who was running free for a touchdown, but I've never heard of it in the NFL, other than that old AFL game where a fan ran onto the field.

I haven't seen an interview where he explained it, but the thinking appears to be that he thought the interceptor was down by contact, and then just went with the flow when the play kept going. That's hilarious.

Another theory, of course, is that the Seahawks have been doing this all year, which would explain why they're overachieving.
