Blood pressure is perfect. I dont have any bad cholesterol but I dont have any good cholesterol either. Just starting to notice I gain some weight in the winter when I dont golf but still within 2 lbs of what I weighed when I was 22.

Just because someone else cooks it doesn't necessarily mean its bad. Get brown rice and chicken and steak thats it at Chipotle. And I eat blueberries or blackberries a couple times a week!
