Sort of. In the case of the Raiders and Patriots they benched healthy QBs and named a new starter, so they believe they are playing the guy that gives them the best chance to win. Point being we might have been better off if they left in their original "starter".

There's a reason why these guys weren't starters and after playing better than the guys they replaced for a couple games they'll regress back to who they really are.

Whether they do or not, it's pretty much a shitshow of QBs who we should be heavily favored to defeat in every remaining game. Chiefs just need to pull their heads out of their asses and remember they are the Chiefs.
