To make sure Smith's wife and family know about it? Bad publicity is not good for public figures, and this being made public will cause some problems for Smith. It might be minor problems it might be major problems. Glass houses and such.

Except that she's the mother of his child...that used to mean something. I believe in holding people responsible, but I really think men who screw other men's wives are the absolute worst. I mean, I can see being done with her, but I think the dude should be held accountable.

I would NOT post it on the internet, because again, I have a kid. And I'm not saying I would kill the guy, but I'd want to.
