Why she's in the Top 15: See my earlier post about Meredith Baxter-Birney. She's a later-era clone of Meredith, and she's gorgeous. I could imagine a lot of things happening at our local neighborhood beautification committee meeting. Honorable mention: Maureen McCormick. C'mon, who wouldn't have a crush on Marsha Brady if they were my age. Rowr. She's aged really well, too. She could easily make the top 15 if I could envision her being mischievous.
