That actually sounds like a college story of mine, except replace "imaginary cops" with "thugs my buddy had just punched" and "neck first into an actual clothesline" with "into a potato field." I ended up waking up on the condiment counter at Jack in the Box that morning. I had no idea the Moscow cops had a wake-up service. I don't know how I talked my way out of that situation, but I was glad when I finally made it home.
