Hopefully, maybe, one good thing will come from the super bowl 40 officiating fiasco...
It would be nice to see some changes made to improve the situation. Some of the best ideas are contained in this thread. This has been a problem for a long time and if it doesn't get fixed the game is going to suffer. Nobody will be able to take it seriously. After this latest embarassment, the league office has to be thinking about a way to make officiating better. At least I would hope they were addressing that. |
